YES! This was a big improvement for me. I don't really worry about leaks anymore. Most of the time I don't need it, but I the one day I did it worked like it was designed. That was a huge confidence booster. It's allowed me to relax a bit more.
You may like those Salk Sani underwear. They're just regular men's underwear with an absorbent pad that goes high up front to back. The light ones are wider in the crotch area so they can easily fit over your disposable. I'm sure there is a women's version too in case anyone reading this finds it interesting. Best thing I think is that that's these no moisture barrier so you could use it as part of a cloth diaper or something.
