gtrudeau88, maybe for your light incontinence issues something like these will work.

I have actually considered these myself, but just never bought them. Still might.

Hi

I have been at the junction you find yourself at first I too shyed away from feminine looking diapers and diapes in general. Thankfully thanks to the fantastic community here I took the decision to wear proper disposable diapers 24/7. At first I was not sure what to choose however I contacted many diaper manufactures who were kind enough to send free samples that helped. To be quite honest I have reached a point where I forget that I wear diapers and just don't care what others think. I wish I had made the decision years ago I have my confidence and life back.

One point to note though even if the terry reusable or disposable diaper appears to be dry it is not as both absorb sweat and other body fluid and if not regularly changed can cause nasty skin issues in the diaper area. I have attached the below link that contains great advice especially on hygene that I follow to the letter and so far my skin has remained healthy and free of infection etc.

I have found the people here of great help and support time after time whatever the issue large or small are always on hand to help out.

All the best with your hunt for the solution we are all different.

To ScottK,
The link you sent may be useful and I thank you. However I looked at some of their other products and they have a quite a few weird and inappropriate products. I don' think I want to purchase from them or support their business.

Thanks though

What's feminine is my mind is most/all of the pullup products. The ribbing and such so reminds me or lacey underwear or something that I cannot bring myself to use such a product. I'm sure the pullups would work fine but I can't get past the feminine look.

I have settled on the Tranquility men's pads for any daytime dribbling, a diaper (still haven't settled on one) when I have to "cream" my hemorrhoids or otherwise need to feel more confident, and I'm waiting for the cloth diapers I ordered to arrive which I'll try for night.

I have just sampled 2 types of Molicare diapers and they truly suck. The comfort briefs fail because the tape doesn't hold to the front unless augmented with duck tape. The soft premium briefs suck even worse. The tabs holds great but the stitching around the padded portion in front rips apart exposing the inside of the padded portion. If I had wet last night the bed would have been soaked.

Why have I settled on what I have? The Tena pads are great for controlling dribbling and one a day is all I need. A diaper when "creaming" the roids keeps the mess from my underwear. Desitin is sticky as can be and I hate the feel of my underwear sticking to my crack. A diaper is more fixed in place so that isn't an issue. Night time remains to be seen. I might decide that a cloth diaper with pins carries more annoyance than it's worth but it will save me from wasting product since I wet rarely. I prefer sleeping bare but wearing something keeps my wife happier. She seems more at ease knowing that I won't soak the couch or bed again. Disposables are possible too if I decide I hate the cloth.
