Kind of down today. Wetting very heavily constantly. A lot for someone to deal with at 39. :(

Being incon can be a lot for anyone to deal with at any age. Just be glad you don't have severe pain with your incontinence. What does your doc tell you?

It certainly makes life alot tougher, that is for sure. The thing I look at is the bigger picture, for me it could be much worse, and I have to remind myself that quite often. I am still able to participate in all the stuff I enjoy, with some modifications of course, I can walk, talk, run if I HAVE to, eat and most nights, with the proper apparel, get a good sleep. I would not wish it upon anyone else to have to deal with it, but I try to handle it the best I can, keep your chin up! :) Puffy
