I have found that Priva Ultra Fit Briefs work well for me. In fact with a soaker pad they will last 3 to 4 hours during the daytime, and all through the night. Very easy to change at work or home, and do not droop when soaked. Even thou there are a All-In-One diaper, for full security against leaks I wear waterproof pants over top of them. Also they are easy to wash and dry. We have a HE front load washer, and have found our old pre-fold diapers build up a an odor and need to be stripped at least once a month. The Priva Briefs were designed for heavy washing, and will take a small amount of light bleach with Fabricguard, and come out smelling clean. Downside somewhat bulky, especially in the lower rear, do you have any suggestions to help me with this. I finally have found a diaper that works for me, I have been urinary incontinent for thirty odd years, I have tried almost everything out there. I have used disposables, but the impact on the environment is unexceptable for me. Thanks for your help Bob.

Hey Bob, I have a pair of those, one of the first cloth diapers I ever tried, (3 snaps on each side), but have never had good success with them at night, but I toss around alot, maybe with a coverpant it could be better, I use the Kins all in one with a couple of stuffers/liners for a few more layers, a bit snugger in the legs and waist so less chance of leaks. A pair of compression shorts over top of them should keep them a bit tighter to the body, worth a look, available at Walmart, etc... I also notice the odor build-up that cloth takes on, a HOT wash with bleach added or vinegar seems to eliminate it for a while... always returns though! Puffy

Thanks Puffy, I will that a try. How do you find the KINS all-in-one? I did try them years ago and found them bulky and leaked alot, I assume you're having better luck. Actually the all-in-ones I'm using are the MIP Inc brief which to my eye is the same as the Priva, but made for hospitals and nursing homes. Bob

Yes Bob, they are bulky, even more so if worn with a few extra layers or over a disposable to stop leaks... but I laike them for the job they do, the bulk issue wears off fast, and not many leak issues with them, if so it is at the waist or hip, but rare, Puffy
