ct scans on spins says

According to G.P I have a disc protrusion L5/S1 and degenerative spine disease which has progress over the past 2 years. Urologist dont find anything wrong with bladder but dont know how the back effects it.
It was caused by the injury 3 years a go when the incontinence started

Ahhh, this is an easy answer. The nerves from the brain travel down through the spine and out through the discs to all part of the body. The signals to the bladder exit below the damaged area of your spine and the signals don't reach the bladder. The bladder will fill and empty at random because it doesn't have instructions frm the brain to tell it what to do. Your bladder will continue to misbehave without corrective surgery if possible. With a 3 year old injury, it may have been too long to reverse the nerve damages in the spine and bladder atrophy sets in. Your bladder will continue to shrink and release much more often in small amounts similar to an underdeveloped toddlers bladder.

Well I had been advised against surgery from the start way too risky. So that's why I think its getting worse the bladder and also why sometimes I don't feel the urge or voiding. I was kinda hoping it would somehow repair itself so I didn't have to wear incontinence product s for the rest of my life but the logical side of me always knew. :(

Sometimes there isn't a good outcome and the risk of back surgery far outweighs incontinence. Deep down we knows the outcome long before it happens, such as diapers. Look at it this way, you have gotten through the worst part of this and can move forward in life. The other thing is you will no longer have to struggle with bladder control. I felt free from worry once I accepted that I would spend the rest of my life in diapers. At this point, it wil get better with diapers. Eventually the stigma will go away and you can even be open with others. You may be faced with situations where others will see your diapers and it will no longer bother you (x-rays at hospital, doctor visits, changing at the swimming pool, tossing out used diapers in the restroom).
