No, it happens all the time. I have noted this with both extended and the regular Attends the last few years, but more notably the last 6 months. I've been using Attends since the P&G days, but those days are gone. I swore back then that the diaper was the best made, and there was no such thing as pin hole leaks. I learned from this Board that the defect is from the manufacturing process and possibly due to cost issues.
There are superior products out there, but I like the Attends brand because for me the fit is ideal over other brands, so to compromise the negative pin hole leaks I'm using plastic pants more, but the intent of the disposable is to be all in one which should eliminate a second waterproof barrier.
