My bladder is acting up again :( It's even gotten to the point where I wet myself at random without warning around my house. That has not happened for a very long time. I started wetting myself regularly at work despite using the bathroom. On Saturday, I was using the bathroom at work and I still ended up using a diaper near the end of my shift. The day before that, I started peeing in the diaper because my bladder was full and I couldnt use the bathroom right away because I had to clear carts off the lot. I never did start taking the oxybutin, just forgot to do that. It does help somewhat. My situation that I need to figure out is what brand and what size disposable works well, because at this point, the only disposables that fit well are Abena Abriform and Seni Quatro. But the problem is that the case quantity is less than what you would get with Better dry. I can get 60 Better Dry for 105 or so, but 72 Abena would cost more than 120. Seni Quatro is equally expensive. I get behind on laundry with cloth so disposables are handy.. but I am still struggling with the sizing issue. :( Life is going to get better eventually, I know, but there are time when incontinence just plain SUCKS! This is one of them.

Peace out!

Rob

Just food for thought: have you ingested food with a lot of salt recently? I find that my urinary output can suddenly be overwhelming after a few days as the body eliminates the salt.

I'm in relatively good shape IC-wise but I'm sorry that your level of IC definitely sucks.

I'm not sure about my salt intake. That's an interesting point. My wife and I have been eating a lot of Hot Pockets lately. What sucks is the increased wetting combined with the fact I dont have any 100% satisfactory managment options in terms of diapers right now. At most, I am getting by with the majority of my cloth inventory and the disposables I am using. It very well may be that disposables do not exist for my body shape (Tall, wide hips, narrow waist), and only custom sized cloth diapers will fit. Cloth is much more of a hassle to manage on a day to day basis, but it is overall cheaper than disposables, even if you use a coin op laundry machine. But, as we all know, money isn't everything. The time invested in maintining and organizing a cloth inventory can take its toll as well. I do find myself longing for the days where I had a case of disposables on hand and can just slap one on and go without having to worry about stuffing, washing, or putting away clean cloth diapers.

Time to go and do the main wash on a load of diapers.

Peace out!

Rob
