I had the same issue and went with a fertility specialist to raise numbers and motility. The supplements prescribed were expense and I was told it could take 90 days to start seeing results. Additionally, I was given a drug usually given for breast cancer treatment as an estrogen blocker to help raise Testosterone without killing Sperm.
They told me the diapers may or may not be a substantial contributer. I tried wearing a catheter but had issues continually with blowouts and skin problems so I opted out after a month of giving it an honest try. I started using seni quatro as a breathable alternative.
Two years later we were pregnant. Now, was it because of the supplements? Or the breathable diaper lowering the temperature? Or working out religiously for that two year period running and lifting weights to try to raise testosterone? Or the drug to block estrogen? Or just an lucky break? I do not know, but I know it had to be one of those contributors if not part of all of them.
I pray you are able to likewise be blessed with a child. If anything from my experience helps you or if you need anything, please let me know.

Consistently I had a high % of defective sperm, which I ascribe to the Protective Underwear I was using at the time. I was mainly wearing Abena Abri-Flex M3's or similar, but sometimes tighter pull-ups, or when I was sicker the Depend Briefs--but this was in 2010-2013 so the Depends products were different (and the ones I had were a couple years old). But it was mainly the Abenas at the time IIRC.
Thankfully, I had a very high sperm count so I made up for it enough that we were able to get fertilized without me having to deal with the issue. But I was stressed about it.

Thanks for the response and congratulations! Do you recall what supplements you took? I've started the supplements and have been using them for about 2 weeks now along with not having worn a diaper in that time period as well. I was thinking about going back for another analysis in like 6-8 weeks to see if there was improvement.

I am trying to remember. It was a lot of them and I recall spending close to $100 a month just on the pills. The main one was a blend from GNC to help and a. Couple of others.
I was told it would take 3-6 months to see results as the sperm don’t reap the benefits until then. If you can go without wearing, great. I was told by our doctor that the heat from wearing is not substantial enough to be a problem and if you read through older posts (specifically when I asked the same question you did 6 or 7 years ago) you will see several responses of men who wore plastic backed diapers 100% of the time and had no issues conceiving healthy children.
My motility and quantity had to do with low T and that’s why they prescribed the estrogen blocker.
