Rob - yea Aeroflow urology offered me tena supers. I told them I’d try them but I’m not getting my hopes up. None of the diapers they have include leak guards. Northshore supremes with a booster works extremely well for me. I can probably get boosters covered under my insurance and if I can get away with 2 cases of supremes per month and have my insurance pay partially for it I think I can swing it. I’ll be trying the flower sack towels as well. I have a guy that does billing for me and he bills Medicaid. Medicaid pays .88 a diaper. It just adds up so fast.

Have you tried the Seni Super Plus? They may work well for you with the cloth booster that has been suggested. On Amazon they are less than $1.00 each when you buy a case of 75. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00NOW797S?ps ... ct_details

Could you experiment with external catheters? Even given the initial expense, if they work for you, they might reduce your diaper usage to one or two per day.

Patrick - I have tried intermittent catheters and had a suprapubic catheter at one point. I had bad experiences with both with ongoing infections. I have female anatomy and there really aren’t any good external catheters as far as I’ve seen.

Got my pack of seni super plus and put one on. So far I like the tapes. I have rarely worn breathables so I’m a little nervous. I did put a Northshore booster pad in. Will update once I use it.
