Small Victories

I have been dealing with incontinence for a little over 2 almost 3 years now. Today for the first time in I'm not sure how long I have had a dry day. It fills so liberating. I hope I can go for 2 in a row. We talk about dealing with incontinence all the time but very rarely do we celebrate the small victories.
