I believe XPMedical sells the Abena Cotton fixing pants, $14.95 each.

As an alternative Beall's (a chain department store, also online) sells a "Carole" all cotton (#635) and a 50/50 cotton blend (#625) brief. They are full cut and I use them as a diaper cover and often put a cotton soaker pad in them and then pull them over my diaper. They work great, are cool to wear and very reasonably priced.
