I think I will try using a pull on luckily I have a small bladder and typically thanks to my OAB it doesn't get full often so I don't wet large amounts at a time typically

I bought a pair of the gary wear PUL pants. I had started having some leak issues at night anyways. Well if anybody else has any advice or has gone through the same thing I would love to hear from you

Hey, I've been incontinent since I was a kid but the biggest fear and problems overall with being IT I had when I was in college, probably it's the time when you are still a kid, but same time you are an adult and you go to parties, you pick up girls etc and you are most vulnerable to opinion of your peers, you can't let them show you your weakness or you are scared to death that some accident may happen for example when you are chatting up this sweet girl from your economic class. I was struggling a lot in this period and even though I was doing my best, my friends learnt that I'm IT but they were very understanding and didn't laugh at me, at least not face-to-face, but still I had huge anxiety problems because of that.
