I am sure that just like me, there are some foods that mess others here up. For me it pork. I had it for Easter lunch and it is still messing me up. Funny thing is I can eat a pound of crispy bacon and be fine, but just a 3oz piece of pork will mess me up for days.

PS: what is going on... It is like a dead skunk has been left around this place lately... I hope you all are well.

I guess I'm relieved at the paucity of comments; it must mean that everybody is doing fine.

My GI paralysis has a complex influence on my incontinence. Fiber, in whatever form, gives me belly pain that can range from annoying to disabling. However, the doctor-recommended diet of low-fiber or no fiber gives me a colon blockage, which I manage with stool softener, suppositories, and enemas. On a day-to-day basis, I try to limit my fiber intake rather than eliminate it. This means that I have continual, dull, abdominal pain, punctuated by bouts of constipation and diarrhea. Even if I had complete urinary control, which I don't, I would still need to wear heavy diapers because of my limited bowel control.

For me, anything spicy. I used to be able to eat a ghost pepper, but now even tobasco pushes my bowels to the limit.

I usually don't have fecal incontinence very often, but have found horse radish does me in. I found out the hard way and didn't make it out of the restaurant. The most embarrassing part was this was before I was wearing anything to help like I do with my urinary incontinence. I did find a fruit flavor sparkling drink that had upset my stomach also. Needless to say I have become very aware of certain foods and drinks.

Black pepper will cause my bowels to rumble and more than a small portion of anything dairy will too......otherwise I don't feel that I have too many problems with my guts. My bladder on the other hand is trashed......my incontinence isn't terribly heavy but the interstitial cystitis had made my bladder a mess......

Well that was close. Went out to eat with my nieces and had artisan grilled chicken sandwiches. I have had one more times than I could count but today it bothered me so much I almost didn't make it in time. The big thing was that I had the runs for two hours after that. I just wish there was some way to know what food will cause this. But at this point I am at a loss as I have had that sandwich a lot.

I can relate today too. I stopped to get some coffee this morning and I grabbed a muffin, and I've had muffins before but this one messed with my tummy. Had very bad diarrhea today. More dirty diapers than I would've preferred (0). Well that's just the life.

I swear I have a strange tummy, I can have Taco Bell and be perfectly fine but if I have a cracker and a glass of water that can set me off. >_<
