i swear.. my bladder is very pushy at times. Just now, i started leaking, so i figured i go to the bathoom. ALmost every time, the amount i urinate seems hardly worth a restroom trip. And yet, i know if i dont go to the toilet, that urine ends up in the diaper. thats part of living with urge incontinence, i suppose. Its not only when im standing up though. ive had leakage sitting down. it just seems to happen more standing up.

i hope they can fix me

Did you try any new meds? I can kinda relate to your urge problem, but my bladder problem position I'm in doesn't make any difference but my bladder problem is caused by nerve damage. All I can suggest is check with your doc and try a new med and see what happens. Meds may not be the answer. They work for some people but not everyone. If the meds don't work, the only other thing I would recommend is accept it for what it is and manage the proble the best you can without becoming a slave to the bathroom or having the bladder problem manage your life.

Well, first off try to remain optimistic... but John makes a valid point, meds aren't always the answer. More importantly than that is maintaining a good quality of life, not being a slave to the restroom. I spent a year in high school running off to the toilet every hour, but at some point I took a look at what my life had become and realised that much of my day was spent either in the bathroom or in search of one. It was then that I decided to get some better protection and start wearing diapers full time.

Not saying that is what you should do, just trying to alleviate some of the negative stigma associated with it.

Good luck in whatever you decide, and keep us posted.
