well, recently id have one or two episodes requiring a change of protection and the rest of the time id make ti to the toiet, or realased in the toilet when i cathed.
Nope, not today. Ive gone through at least 3 cloth diapers and at least 2 disposables. That didn't annoy me, because hey i wear all the time and im used to the ebb and flow. No, what annoyed me is that an episode happend iwht very little warning while was laying in me brd not asslep, on my side, and my Confidry leaked, and got my shorts wet :( and it even got a little spot on the bed wet. I am not changing the shees because getting the sheets on the bed requires my parents help and they have already gone to bed. It used to b e that incontiennce with 1 or two changes a day is no rporblem i can handle it.. but multuole times a day can get to you. Thankfully, i don't have this level of incontinence every day, just once every so often. I suspect it hasat to do with constipation more than aynthing else.

Peace out!

Rob

I feel for you, you're not alone. I've learned my body goes through natural cycles of retaining then loosing water. Some days I can get by with just two confidry diapers all day (while staying hydrated). Other days I will absolutely soak a diaper in less than three hours, and end up changing 6 times that day (while still maintaining the same water intake).

Of course, when my body is dumping all that water my bladder has a fit too. And you guessed it, my diaper also leaks a lot more often too.

I have noticed, via arm chair urology and web searches, that water intake can be consistent but if the food we eat isn't it can make all the difference in the world as the body balances out the sodium. On days where I notice I am not peeing a whole lot despite drinking the same as days where I peed, like Brian said, enough to change six times, I have usually eaten some very salty food, which makes the body sponge it away and also makes me feel super bloated, lol.
