Hi everyone, I can imagine this topic has come up already.
I have to be on the road most of the day today in and out of my car which has no a/c. As many of you know it can get a bit hot and sweaty. I tend to get itchy and sometimes break out in a slight rash around my waist/hips area or lower back.
What to do

Lots of talcum/cornstarch or even baby powder..
(Pretty much all the same anyway...)
And frequent changes to let things air out...

Try some diapers with a more cloth like exterior. I've been using the Attends Breathables and they are WAY more bearable in the heat than anything plastic backed.
