I take care of an elderly, Catholic priest who has diabetes. Two hours after a meal, you would want your blood sugar to be less than 140 if you are not diabetic, and less than 180 if you are. A snapshot of 86 does not necessarily mean you are diabetic. It might not mean anything. Your doctor will want to perform a simple blood test to determine your mean blood sugar during the last 90 days. He will almost certainly also request additional bloodwork.
Incontinence can be caused by diabetic neuropathy, but from what you write here I very much doubt you have that. Best to schedule an appointment with a urologist in addition to your GP.
