i was in the kitchen after just waking up. i usually only sleep in a diaper and was making my morning cup of coffee.
no one is ever outside my window so i didnt think anything of it.
well i look out and there is a lady just staring at me.
i quickly closed the blinds and by the time i went to apologize she was gone.
ugh. lesson learned ALWAYS wear pants. even if you live alone

You have no reason to apologise! She shouldn't have been staring. I'd have been embarrassed too though.

Justeh lol. Don't worry about it so much. I have had that almost happen to me too in mornings. I don't exactly like sleeping with pants and whatnot maybe nist shirt and unever wear (diaper)
and maybe boxer over top. But generally I also tend keep my blinds closed

Never feel embarrassed this has happened to me I just waved and smiled put the embarrisment right back on the person leering in who went bright red. I laughed and laughed

I feel comfortable in my body having had to go naked in front of countless health professionals I have long given up with the modisty and the embarrisment thing and take the attitude now being the who cares stance!

Been there and done that... When I had my own place I had a time when got woke up to move my car for our maintenance people. I put on a pair of tight shorts and went and moved it.. needless to say anyone that looked could tell I was padded.

Another time I had maintenance scheduled for my AC. and was going to be gone but got sent home from work for having overtime. I was sleeping on my couch when the maintenance guy walked in.. I was in just a Diaper lucky I grabbed my cover quick.. But I sat there the hole time with just a cover and a diaper while he worked on the AC for over an hour.. Lucky I had a pad under me because I leaked some.

Lastly was when I drove to Pennsylvania by myself.. My issues were acting crazy so I wore a Diaper while driving with a pad under me.. I got out at a rest area to change and the pad stuck to my side and went flying away. I ran to catch it and got a few looks. Then when I got into the rest area it was being redone and there were no locks on the doors yet had more than one guy open the door and get a good look before apologizing and walking away.

I look at it like this A diapers just underwear.. What makes an adult wearing a diaper worse than a baby wearing one...

A bit OT, but I tend to walk around my apartment stark naked with curtains open. If someone sees me from the opposite apartment block, (6th floor) who cares. It's their problem if they are disturbed by something I do at my own home. However, nudity is not a strong taboo here, so no problems with that. And complaining to the authorities may cause them to take interest in actually why is someone watching their neighbour anf monitoring their windows..

But yeah, coupla years ago I lived for a few months in a student dorm (single person rooms) where the proprietors conducted housekeeping inspections. Sometimes they busted right in. One afternoon I was preparing to leave and, as my bladder was bad, I was putting on a brief-type diaper that no one could mistake for anything else. The pack's open on the chair and I am fastening the tabs when a knock comes from the door and I hear the master key turning in the lock.

Janitor: "Housekeeping inspection!"

Me, petrified, eyes nailed at the yet shut door with a diaper between my legs:" Ummm, ah, I haven't really kept it at pristine condition this week, cleaning up right now! Could you come back later!!?"

Janitor's voice: "uh, ok". Key pulled back, footsteps disappearing.

That was one close call. If they ever had inspections when I was out, I am sure they saw a pack. I forgot to put it out of sight once or twice when leaving in a hurry. Didn't like that kind of intrusion...

and so what someone saw me in a diaper. its not the end of the world.
i dont think ill be walking in front of open windows in just a diaper anymore thouh. even though im on the second floor.

I've found over the years it's just easier and more comfortable to roam around my house in just a diaper and shirt. Of course I also keep my blinds mostly closed so nobody can easily see in (angled up to let light in, but see the street)

I also have a privacy fence around my back yard so I've at times walked out there for something real quick. I'm decent friends with my neighbors though and have had them poke their heads over to say hi before. Now they usually just shout over the fence. Lol.

i normally have my blinds closed but i had been cooking breakfast, it was a nice morning, and i wanted some fresh air.
lesson learned! lol

Although being able to remain clothed in doctors' offices is a rare privilege, at home I keep my clothing on. However, I do hang my laundered diapers outside to dry in good weather, so all my neighbors know that I'm incontinent. I see this as a learning opportunity for them. One of my neighbors is incontinent because of Parkinson's disease. Social nudity may never be as accepted here as elsewhere, because the chill mountain air here, even in the summer, makes clothing necessary.
