i had another ER trip today (but not before i stopped and got my coffee. )
i have yet another infection on my leg. i was hooked up to ivs and some monitors (my heart rate was fast) and the nurses wouldnt let me get up to change myself so they did it (and boy were they terrible at it! hahahaha)
it was embarassing but they reassured me it was way worse for me than them and dont worry about it at all.
i brought a pack of a+'s expecting to be admitted so i didnt have to use theirs. the nurse told me most people prefer to use their own and the hospital diapers suck.

so im on another round of antibiotics. i start them in couple of hours. (i got iv antibiotics in the hospital)

im pretty wiped out and just sick of being sick....

Here are a hope and a prayer for your speedy recovery. Taking your own diapers to the ER was one wise move.

Hi justej

So sorry you are back in hospital take care if you can take any positives enjoy the pampering from your medical team. Don't despair about being sick you are an ok person really punch on through don't let it get you down your bundle of fun (cat) needs you. As you have access to the internet you have a great deal of fun to explore on YouTube and other such sites to keep your spirits going in the dark times sit back and enjoy the latest NCIS shows aired much later here in the U.K.

Take care and wishing you a swift recovery you are in my thoughts.

Have you ever tried a fermented milk called kiefer? It has a bunch of good and active probiotics in it. I found after a round of taking antibiotics, that drinking it really helps me bounce back and feel better much quicker. It does have an odd taste though, not bad but like a cross between wine and milk.

Hi Justej and Brian it was purely accidental apologies. I too have just finished antibiotics going through the recovery stage now. Being doubly incontinent for a few weeks sucked such a mess those out there who suffer full time you are heroes. I am returning to just normal urine now I never thought I would say this phew!! I was told to have yoghurt to help the antibiotics work better.

Take care Keep happy justej
