 Post subject: bowel accident at work

ive been having issues with my stomach all morning. i had gone #2 3 times. i walk dogs for a friend and as i got to his house completely lost it and had had a bowel accident in my diaper right at the front door. i didnt have any wipes with me but luckilly he had some in his cabinet. i cleaned up and think i did an ok job but ugh. so gross. hopefully my day gets better.

thanks john. this is my second bowel accident in public actually. ironically the first was also at work as i was getting there. that time i wasnt wearing diapers (this was awhile ago) and oh god what a mess that was. luckily my friend isnt home when i walk the dogs (hes at work) so he never knows, but man i hope this doesnt become a regular thing. my day did get better. we are having a nice storm right now. hope it will cool things off a bit.

ive gone from loose stools to being constipated.
this keeps happening and i dont know why.
