if by "other" groups you mean abdl, brian, i dont know how you can compare the two. i go through denial stages because i hate wearing diapers. not because i want to wear them. and im kinda offended to be compared to them.

anyway,greenbank i use underwear over my pul pants when im not wearing a onsie so i dont think ill ever 100% not have them. until i come to a point where i have enough onsies not to need them

ej, I don't want to second-guess anyone, but my thought is that Brian meant support groups for chronic medical conditions other than incontinence, and for smoking cessation, binge-eating, etc.

Actually I was referring to pretty much every group out there that has dealings with diapers (yes including them as well). I didn't mention them specifically because self doubt I still more of a human nature problem than it is to any specific group. The only comparison I was making was human to human.
