since im getting atn's from medicaid (and they arent the best) and i cant afford premium diapers, i have developed a foolproof method for wearing.

diaper, spartan pants, pul pants, then underwear.

i have finally found a way to work with what ive got and not have leaks.

What did we say. Trial and error with lots of error. Eventually you will get it though.

im trying something new today. its too hot for all 4 things, so im wearing:
atn diaper, pul pants, underwear (tighty whities) and i couldnt find my onsie so im wearing an undershirt thats super long and a long button down short sleeved shirt and shorts.
ive got an extra pair of shorts and underwear in my bag just in case.

yea it is a lot of layers but it works. i havent had any wet spots on my pants and my underwear has been dry (i think its damp from sweat)
pul pants are amazing and im so glad i got them. i can do diaper, pul pants, and underwear and be fine. wearing atns has been a challenge, but its what i get through medicaid so im making it work.

i use spartan pants like compression pants. they are supposed to be waterproof but really arent. my dad got me like 7 of them so i try to use them but honestly just use my pul pants.
