Hey all,

It used to be that I would have to get up and use the bathroom once or twice a night and usually make it, and save my protection for the morning deluge that usually happens in the morning. However, lately I have gotten up at least twice a night to use the bathroom and last night both times I have not made it to pee in the toilet and had to change my protecction. I think i should up it to ConfiDry or a pocket diaper with 4 ior 5 inserts that way i dont have to keep getting up during the night. I also might want to see my urologist about this latest development. Thoughts and suggestions are apprecaited.

Peace out!

Rob

I've been in a similar situation for a number of years. I often wake up during the night when I need to urinate but can't make it to the bathroom without starting to flood my diaper. So I've stopped trying to get up. I just use my diaper and go back to sleep. Recently, I've been wearing the Rearz Inspire+ diaper at night. It's a great product with a huge capacity.

I too wear a diaper with a booster in and I like Inconinmiss just sleep right through now and don't bother to get up. If for some reason I do stir I reached a point that I use the diaper as I know that I will never reach the loo after having numerous floods and the resulting wet beds. I an now a lot better for having proper sleep in the knowledge that the protection I wear does the job.

Add me to the mix too. I also use confidry with a booster. While I still wake up 2-4 times each night needing to pee, I don't even try to run to the bathroom since I know I'd never even make it two feet while also being woke up enough to have a hard time falling back asleep. I just use my diaper and fall right back to sleep.

Same here - once in a while I wake up right before a void instead of right after, but I can't get across the room without having an accident. I also just use the pull-up (and my bed pad) and go back to sleep.

Well let me join the others in broadly the same view. Unril recently I didn't wee at all and had to use an intermittant catheter to do so. Now, though my bladder doesn't fullly empty, it leaks rather a lot overnight unless I get up a lot. It isn't worth the loos of sleep in my view though. With enough protection stapped on (or a sheath and 2 litre bag attached) one can sleep properly and not have to bother about anything until morning when on wakes reefreshed (with luck).

My advice - up the protection and sleep!
