Hello. I've noticed that today and this current week, my symptoms have dramatically improved. Urges are lower than they've ever been and leaking isn't even noticeable. I'm not sure if its because of the heat (as its started to get warm in my neck of the woods) or if its because I'm dehydrated. Its just weird to get a day of respite and makes me wonder whats going on.

Does summer weather and heat ever create an improvement in symptoms with people? Or does the tendency to not drink water (or drink more water) in the summer months makes it worse? What are your guys thoughts on water intake in relation to your incontinence? In addition, whats your take on symptoms improving in the summer? Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Warmer weather improves my IC by a substantial margin. I really look forward to summer weather.

Thanks for the reply. Glad I'm not alone in this. The symptoms seem to get better too. I'm drinking more water, but I'm staying active and sweating a lot more too. I still deal with leaks and dribbles, but the frequency has gone down a lot. I think I can safely wear much thinner and discreet protection.

I'm guessing it must not be that common though!
