What is everyones plans for the weekend?
I myself have a very busy day planed going to the Indianapolis 500 mile race with my nephew.
Its a few hours drive but well worth it.

I'm going to try to get the yard work done that the rain prevented me from doing today. We'll cook a couple steaks out on the grill.

My husband and I celebrated our 44th wedding (not wetting, lol) anniversary yesterday.

i dont have many plans. tomorrow a friend is coming over to cook me (and them) dinner and watch movies.
today i got a pack of molicare in the mail thanks to a good friend.
no other plans really. just taking it easy. in a much better space than the other day. i want to apologize for that. its been tough since surgery.

Thanks Schoppy. same to you. Just catching up on house work and possibly cooking out, depends on the weather. Plus, saying a prayer for all the families who have had a family member not make it back home.

@Wetters, congrats on your anniversary. That is great to be celebrating so many years together.

At this time I always remember a young fraternity brother of mine. He was the kindest and gentlest person I have met -- and the least likely to survive combat in Vietnam. He did not.

All those who perished should be remembered. Most did not choose to be where they were but served honorably anyway.

My wife and I just had our 9th.

Today is the day I think about those who I've lost & what I personally lost as a Marine (continence included). "Happy" memorial day everyone.
