I've been trying out the Tranquility EliteCare's. This is the first US brief I know of that can actually handle going out for a drinking party all evening and not worry at all about your lack of bladder control or needing to change. But the high capacity does come with the cost that after 5 hours I think it was pretty obvious I was diapered just due to sagging. I have mixed feelings about whether I should try to hide it by trying some spandex or tight real underwear over the brief or just not worry about it. I enjoyed the fact that I didn't need to change in the bar restroom like I used to with my Tena Ultra's or even Super's which itself could be embarrassing. But even after many years of being brief dependent I'm still self-conscious about keeping up appearances of being normal. Nobody said anything and I might have just been too overly self-conscious. Being in the US, I've never had to opportunity other than a few European samples of getting such high capacity briefs. Do others try to stop the sagging? It is a regular thing you do or just when going out? I'm concerned that going too far with stopping the sagging will result is reduced diaper capacity and rashes.

I personally don't care if my diaper sags from a looks standpoint, however, the more it saggs the more likely it is to leak too. It's generally a good idea to wear at least a pair of pants/shorts that will prevent it from sagging too much. Others have also found that wearing compression shorts actually help even more, though I haven felt I really need to use them myself even with using confidry24/7.

Compression shorts may be a big help, either that or a onesie shirt with the snaps. If it is a proper fit, it really stops any sag from getting out of control! Puffy

jgrover,

As I wear my premium diapers to near their capacity, I always wear some form of support both to make walking more comfortable despite the sag and to reduce the likelihood that a sagging diaper will leak. Depending on the circumstances I may wear spandex underpants, athletic compression shorts, a onesie, or diaper suspenders. Support garments will make the soggy diaper a bit less apparent to others by keeping it closer to the body (although few people would notice anyway).

I tend to change more often than that, since when they get saturated enough to leak then I'm more likely to get a rash.... or it'll start to smell.
