I have heard that if the miliatry ever reinstitued the draft that they do not accept bed wetters or people who are incontinent at any level. If that is true it could be a lpus for incotninent folks.

LtsofQues,
I don't see the draft coming back for a long, long time, but if it ever did, that would be good info for someone who does not want to get drafted.

And it could be a negative for those of us who are incon and want to serve, those of us who realize freedom isn't free.

Hello JoeK
You made a very good point about wanting to serve your country. There will always be those who wish to serve or not. However, looking at the wider picture, what saddens me is just how much our disabilities take away our options and opportunities from life. Opportunities which could have been chosen or rejected before becoming disabled. The important point being that the choice was yours. A good friend of mine who is blind was asked what being blind is like. She said that it is a 'Lesson in loss' thngs are taken from you all the time.
Anyway, enough of dwelling on that, but its still an important issue.
Best wishes
Richard
