Well, it seems lately that my bladder seems to be minding its manners more than usual.. ive actualyl made it to the toilet several times today.. but not without incident. I have not been totally episode free... because i had to change at least once today.. and there was a time where i didnt quite make it and didnt have protection on.. and had a flood on the ground.. I think this is the cycle of fluctuation that all of us with neurogenic bladder go through.. The only thing ive done differently is a few pelvic squeezes. time will tell..
