so ive been posting about how ive been having problems with the A+ from xp. ive gone through a half a case already of them since saturday (and its only tuesday!) because of tape issues. popping, tearing, etc.
well they are sending me a half a case of confidry to replace the half a case that ive gone through due to the issues.
very happy with them and will be ordering from them from now on. hopefully the confidry will work for me and if so, i can continue to get them. places with great customer service really make a difference. especially with something as crucial as this.

And I have had no issues with the ConfiDry. Tremendous diaper.

Interesting. It does sound as if there may have been a bad batch.

justj, thanks for acknowledging that XP Med came through for you in this matter. As we all complain when it is justified, it also is necessary to give credit when due. I think Gary does a fine job.

john,
good to hear that you have had good experiences with the confidry! i like the elastic waistband and am hopeful that they will work well for me.
and indeed, re: acknowledging the good in the situation. gary and the crew really pulled through for me on this one and i had to give them two thumbs up.

I've gotten a bad bag of ConfiDry before and Gary replaced them no problem. I haven't had issues with them sense, though I still think the tape could be better. I do find that it works itself loose during the night, but no leaks so far.

I have been using ConfiDry for over two years and have had no issue since i learned a trick. Once taped I rub the tapes between my fingers to heat it up. It works great and has been almost 90% full proof so try that.
