This morning I woke with the worst headache I can ever remember having. I just had to lay in bed for a bit after taking meds to combat it. I'm still feeling it and feeling foggy and such even though it is much better. But, for some reason, as I think I've stated before, every time I have a bad head day like this, I seem to have no controll over my bladder and just leak constantly all day. And today that seems to be the case. I'm sure I'm going to have to talk with my neuro about it at some point to see if any correlation can be found. But for now, I made sure to stock up on diapers for the day so I can get through.

Sorry, just venting a bit. Too much stress, too much change in my life right now. Just not feeling happy about all of this. Getting tired of wearing diapers all the damn time too. Meh.

Agreed Porkchop. I'd rather be back in bed sleeping instead of working from 8:30 - 4 in one job then 5 - 8 in another. But hey, at least I can work and manage incon at that same time. I feel blessed to be able to function as much as I can.

Hi msshendo, sorry to hear you're feeling a bit under the weather. I'm afraid I can't comment on your specific symptoms as I have not experienced those myself but I do have better days and worse days. Sometimes I'm dribbling all day and having the usual accidents but other times I can still occasionally make it to the toilet with a minor amount of leakage. I hope you're feeling better soon and remember, it could always be worse eh? :)

Yeah, I can usually make it to the toilet too. Then I have days or certain times of days that I just don't. Today is one of those days. When my head isn't right, my incon goes bezerk. I guess my biggest concern/question is what is the correlation if there is one.

Msshendo,

I hope your day gets better.

Like you, I think that there is a correlation between our mental status (physically and emotionally) and our incontinence. Good luck on tracing down the cause.

On a positive note, I think Porkchop is correct that you do have some blessings and are able to handle quite a lot in spite of your icon! :D

msshendo, I'm sorry that you're having a bad head/incon day. I hope you feel better soon. I know how discouraging stress and change (and no change) can be. My urges and involuntary voiding are much worse when I'm stressed or feeling poorly. I hope your neuro will be able to provide you with some reassurance in the near future.

msshendo,

Sorry about your head pain. I kind of understand that crappy feeling. Being super anxious or nervous seems to exacerbate my incontinence also
and bring back a lot of my old pain.
I wish you a pain free day msshendo!

It was one heck of a migraine. It finally broke later in the day after the second migraine medication. Thank you all for your concern and support. Back to (normal?), I hope, today.
