I'm STILL waiting on my xp medical shipment that was supposed to be here on Wednesday.
My shipment was delayed first because of memorial day. I had to buy attends waistband which I just woke up and they leaked all over my bed (and onto the mattress)

I am so beyond mad.

Oh and I've missed 2 days of work, physical therapy, and a doctor's appointment because I have to be home to sign for it and there is no one else to do it.

Justej, what state are you located in? I believe they have warehouses in CA, MI and VA. Sometimes they may be out of a particular product at one warehouse and have to ship it from another warehouse. If you are having something shipped from CA and you live in VA, well, sometimes it takes time. I realize it's not the most convenient... by the way, why do you have to sign for it? Every time I choose Fedex Ground option, it says signature not required. I would call FedEx and find out the status of your package, and explain that you need it yesterday.. Did you call Gary and explain your dissatisfaction? Knowing him, I'm sure he'd bend over backwards to help fix it rather than lose a customer.. he might offer to overnight ship you diapers at a reduced rate..you never know...

Peace out!

Rob

Also, every time I have ordered from XP Medical, I get an e-mail confirmation of the order with the FedEx tracking number so I know exactly when it will be delivered. Another note about living with incontinence is we don't let ourselves run out of diapers before we order more. I always order another case when I open my last pack in the case. That way I know that the new case will get to me before I run out but also that I won't be taking up too much storage room. You may need to start planning ahead a bit better.

I'm definitely learning about the planning ahead part! As soon as I got paid yesterday I ordered another case (sent USPS)
My parent's can't help me out anymore so I have to REALLY budget and hope I get through the month money wise.
Its not xp medical fault. FedEx screwed up my shipment. And I did track it....all over town!
When I finally got the package I had to split it in 2 and carry it up myself (3 flights of stairs) because the couriers knee hurt.
I guess his knee hurting trumps my broken leg.
:P
