My son wants to get into riding a bike again and wants me to get one also to go out on trails. I am very leery about doing this because of the seat on the bike and the constant moving of my legs not to mention being far away from a bathroom. Does anybody ride bikes?

That shouldn't hold you back a bit. I use the same protection I use all the time except I use hold up suspenders for the diaper. I also have a rack on the back of the bike with a carrier bag to put a change in should I need it. I wear a pair of sweat pants but I do use PUL protection over the diaper. I ride between 10-20 miles every other day & never had a problem. Have fun!

I still mountain bike. I stopped biking for awhile, until I found something that didn't disentegrate after an hour and didn't leak. The Tena Stretch Super are my go-to for biking. They can be gotten fairly inexpensively on Amazon; medical supply sites seem to charge a lot more.

I would love to, but my back says NO! That was one of the first things I had real pain with in rehab was the bike in the gym. The physio gal demanded I do it, I told her "otherwise"! She lost, I won! Low back and S.I. joints appreciated my tenacity of not backing down to her! With the right seat and coverpant, I can't see it being an issue, lots of powder! Puffy

I love to ride the logging roads near my house. Can't wait for the weather to warm up and I'll go back to that again.

I use the Tena Slip Maxis, plastic pants, and then sports compression pants on top. The compression pants snug everything in and, equally important, reduce the friction with my thighs to reduce chaffing.
