Yea JD. Not yet. I am hoping shortly as I was told they were going to be hand picked and packaged this time to avoid error. I did find someone to take the wrong size ones and met him after work yesterday to give them to him. So that turned out ok.

I will be "trialing" the Seni in the next couple of weeks. And given that I have been traveling back and forth to a hot environment lately (Vegas) for business, I have been using the Abena breathables. Thus, I hope to compare the Seni's to the Abena's while in Vegas. I'll report back what I learn shortly.

I didn't read anyone suggesting to try Molicare. I know they also make diapers with different levels of absorbency like Abena. If anyone mentioned this already I must have missed it when reading the previous comments.

Thanks for the replies. As a matter of fact, I just got a bag of the Molicare supers. They seem descent. What I am reminding myself is how much I prefer the plastic back over the cloth like backing. Besides the Molicare I ordered a bag of the Abena L2 in both the contfort air and the delta form. Whatwbad, is other than the color, I can't tell the difference.

I've long been a fan of the DeltaForm level 3 diapers. I think they're a great value.

You're one of many I've heard say they prefer the plastic-backed diapers over the "cloth," and I get that for many chaffing is an issue, and so is smell. But I've not really noticed a difference on either of those fronts and I really like how quiet and discreet the "cloth" covers are.

Just an observation.

Rope, what does your uniform consist of? I think it's important to know if your shirt will be tucked in or not.

I swap back and forth between the Molicare Super+ and Dry 24/7, based on what meetings I have scheduled for the day. I've never been a fan of Abena, I've always seemed to get the diapers that have pin holes in them, and I don't like to have to wear plastic pants if I can get away with it.

One thing I really like about Molicare is that their Quality Assurance is second to none. In the dozens of cases I've gotten from them, I've never received a bad batch. And at least for me, that's great peace of mind. While Molicare does not make the highest capacity diaper, IMHO the Super+ will hold the highest percentage of urine before leaking.

I tried the Superio diaper from wellness, and it seemed like it had potential, but needed a few more tweaks. I think I had the first run of them, as the tapes were weak and didn't have a landing zone. The diaper absorbed very well upfront, but did not wick that much to the back. I ended up leaking while the back half was still bone dry.

Thanks for the help Ski. I work at a fire department so you can picture what a typical uniform would look like. The only flexibility we have is during the summer months we can wear a tee shirt but the rest of the time its a button up shirt. I like the winter months the best because I can pretty much where whatever I want as far as protection because I will have a coat or collard sweat shirt through out the day.
The only change I could make as far as my uniform was to get pants a size larger then I would wear normally. That's about it. This is why I liked the Abena's. Thin but good enough protection to get me 6-8 hours. As far as the thicker briefs, I feel they are to obvious under my clothes. The molicare super and Abena 4's are just too think. I save those for my night time protection. Oh and for the Wellness briefs, I use to count on those for my night protection till the Superio came out. I ordered a case of the first run and ALL of them had the defective tabs. They did replace them but I had to eat the cost of the shipping. I had a few other customer service problems but after the shipping, I said to hell with them.

That makes things a little more tricky :/

I tried the Tena Slip Maxi, and while it worked for me, I thought the tapes were too close together which made the fit weird. I also used the 4 care body stocking, i.e onesie (the same one sold on XP medical) and it didn't fit well with that, at least for me. Maybe you could try that.

If you don't use a body stocking, I'd recommend looking into one. I have a desk job and there have been a couple occasions where my shirt was caught up on the back of my chair and you could see 3 inches above my pants. It's time like that I was VERY grateful I was wearing that body stocking. I'd imagine that as a firefighter you are a lot more active than I am at my keyboard as well. Only downside is that they are expensive, and over time the snaps lose their strength.

When I was in Iraq, we were forbidden to wear underarmour t-shirts under our uniform while on convoys. Apparently the extreme heat caused it to physically bond to some of the soldiers and Marines like a second skin. They had to get surgery to get it removed. I'm stating just as an FYI since you are a firefighter. If you wanted to test the resistant to heat of different diapers, I'd suggest placing a few different brands a few feet from a fireplace to see which one resists heat the most.

With that said, I really hope that never becomes an issue for you though.
