That is good news about the double tapes. As I am bowel incontinent I wish the A+ had internal leak guards, but that probably would drive up the price of the diaper beyond the range Gary is aiming at.

I just received a twelve pack of them and have tried them in bed at night and while taking a three mile walk and a while during the day. I wet an immense amount at night, and I did have a small leak. Gary told me that his diapers were ten per cent less absorbent than the Confidry 24/7s, so I switched back to the 24/7s at night. That said, during the day, I normally use a condom catheter, but I tried the Absorbency Plus 4 a couple of days ago while up and about. They seemed less bulky than my 24/7s but held up well for several wettings, AND they are incredibly soft and comfortable the wetter I got!

I will continue to put the remaining eight to the test and report back any new observations.
