I am on the "hairy edge" of any bladder control. Any poop without the hardness of a rock, means a dirty diaper within a half hour...laying down, standing up...it does not matter. Movement causes "movement."
After rehab, there have been three periods of time that I have been able to get away with a dribble pad. Again, keeping myself constipated so it would not poof out during movement.
After finding bloody evidence in my stool, I have freaked out about diverticulitis-like symptoms from my own abuse of my body.
Getting a bowel program to work perfectly is impossible for me and I am currently averaging about four dirty diapers a week.

Once I adjusted to the situation, many years ago, I have to say the worst thing is to regain a level of control only to lose it again.
The way they get prisoners to talk in Europe is to clean them all up, let them shave and bathe...then hand them the clothes they stank in for the last 3 months unwashed and make them put those clothes back on...works much better than pain.
The same kind of thing affects those of us who regain control for a while.
It is worse than not getting it back at all.
Then again, if you can be dry, a pullup thin as BVD's will work and your skin will be much better off.
