Try Northshore's own liner in the smallest size, which they actually call Large. Probably thicker and longer than ideal, but it might work to cut it in half. They are the only larger liners I have found with adhesive. I find them a bit too narrow in the smallest size, too large in the next size, but they are much smaller than a full pull on or brief, and relatively inexpensive. I use other Abena products but I can't use their pads. They slide, even with fixing pants, and I'm relatively sedentary.
