Hi all, I tried the 6x10 inch pad that I mentioned previously. The problem I have is the pad's tendency to move up the back of my underwear as I shift from sitting to standing and back. If I stay with this type pad I will switch to the 6x14 inch pad which I hope would shift less. I still use disposable briefs (abri delta-form) on occasion. Even though they are obviously thicker than the tranquility pads previously mentioned they stay in place whereas the pads shift and defeat the purpose of having one. The briefs are quite comfortable (that's surprising) but the downside to them is being tempted towards laziness and using/wetting one instead of going to the toilet as one should. No change in the roids or flatulence issue. I farted non-stop last weekend at a square dance convention and the smell was pretty gruesome. Fortunately I was moving all the time so nobody knew who was the guilty party. I have not been to a Dr. in a while. It's a bit embarrassing to talk about and until I can afford surgery to get rid of the roids, there doesn't seem much that can be done. I realize that diet affects flatulence but to clean up all the foods in my diet means getting rid of brocolli, cauliflower, other veggies, bananas and other fruit I love, coffee (I drink 1/2 caf.), and wine. I gourmet cook and I can't imagine being without my favorite foods.
Thanks, G
