i don't think i can wear something like that all day, or even a couple hours. somehow it makes me feel clostrophobic and likely to go crazy. just looking, i can't find men's shorts unless shorts are down to the knee and i personally hate that. tried those years ago for bike riding briefly before my problem and couldn't take it. i thought i once saw something on an incontinence site something that covered the underwear but not too much more but haven't been able to locate it anymore. women have shorts but men don't. also i tend to break out in sweats standing on the train to work and the underwear is alreasy so hot. but thinking this way now i'm just going crazy again. i really don't know what to do. you have suggested that there are ways of adjusting to this problem and becoming confident and comfortable and handle the problem and i'm not adjusting.
I use the Tena Fix Cotton Special boxers and they are very comfortable, smooths things out and holds everything in place. I don't know if you're able to get them, but I would recommend those if you feel like the compression shorts are too tight.
