Well my bladder feels like its vibrating most of the time its really starting to drive me crazy. I wear depends underwear for men as I have damaged a nerve near my L4/L54-S1(aroound bladder area) and wet myself couple or more day a week. Last year I saw an Urologist who did a Cystostromy and said nothing wrong with Bladder its the nerve that he thought.

The vibration is starting to drive me crazy please HELP!

Sorry to hear of your problem. I think you are going to have to take advice from your urologist as it may need some medical treatment. It will certainly need diagnosis and that is something we can't do that here.

Tom,

The vibrations you are having could be spasms of the badder muscles. I am incontinent due to lower back injuries suffered in an accident and have permanent nerve damage. I suffer bladder spasms daily. Due to the nerve damage these spasms are not painful but as you state they feel like vibrations. Sometimes they feel like vibrations while other times they feel like something is jumping around down there. I have gotten so used to them I seldom notice them any longer. Best advice is to see your medical professional and have it checked out.

Hey Tom, this is something a urologist could give you the answer to with the correct tests. I get some twinge like sensations with my urgency feeling, almost spasm like & most often it is go time very soon after this and I just can't hold back. I lean towards nerves being the cause for my issue, but nothing conclusive came from my tests in the last few months, I just learn to live with it and go on without it taking over my life... 8) Puffy
