Justej,
Your confusion is understandable! Whether or not a Tranquility booster has an adhesive strip depends on the type of booster you use. The Tranquilit TopLiner booster DOES have an adhesive strip, but the Tranquility TopLine Contour booster does NOT have an adhesive strip. The regular topline booster is rectangular and has the aformetnioned strip. The countour booster is more absorbent and has an acutal hourglass shape to conform to the actual shape of a disposable and has more coverage. I'm guessing their logic behind the tranquility contour booster not having a strip is that since it corresponds to the shape of a tranquility brief, that it it is held in place by pressure and thus an adhesive strip is unnecessary to keep the product in place. I hope this helps!
