This is simply adaptive clothing; you can buy bodysuits from most special needs catalogs. I know someone in a wheelchair who uses bodysuits. He uses it to cover his brief and for easy access. He can easily unsnap the bodysuit and pull his brief forward to catherize periodically.
I have a nephew who is cognitively disabled and uses bodysuits. Like underwear it covers the diaper. It makes changing easier and keeps him out of the diaper.
I'm not sure why someone who is perfectly mobile would need an onsie. A pair of boxers and an undershirt should be able to cover everything.

It appears to me that this is part of the AB/DL crowd and related to the diaper fetishes..... I like to hear view points and thoughts from others on this forum.
