I had a bit of a breakdown. The grief and stress of acquiring new medical maladies in addition to pre-existing ones, an unsupportive home environment, and the omnipresence of COVID, I had total dissociative episode and spent 2 months in intensive psychiatric care. It's been interesting to say the least but I am grateful to be able to reach out again on this forum. It's been challenging the past week doing things like getting medications, complying with appointments, pursuing social interests and futility attending to my ADL's. I still feel rather alone in this world and during these unprecedented times and could use some support; likewise I extend my support here to anyone who needs it. I have missed you all! Please stay safe!

Welcome back. I hope we can assist you in your recovery. Multiple medical issues can be challenging indeed. When one of those issues is incontinence, with its family and social connotations, the situation can be worse.
