In addition to the well-stocked diaper/gym bag I keep in my car at all times when I'm out and about, I also have a messenger bag for files, books, a laptop, etc. which is large enough also to accommodate the minimum supplies I need for an immediate change, when I may be in a building blocks from my car.

I keep a discrete black bag in each vehicle with 2-3 diapers in it for day trips and emergencies. I also have a large camera bag with a pocket for a tablet that I can fit one diaper in for site-seeing excursions, etc.

I have a small backpack with three diapers, a pack of Tena wipes and some black disposal bags. I keep a few work related things in there too and carry it back and forth every day to work.
I keep an emergency plastic grocery bag in my car with one diaper and a few wipes in a zipper bag, just in case I have a diaper related emergency.

I keep a regular (opaque) plastic shopping bag with a diaper and a Guard Pad in each car. I also have a pair of shorts in each car just in case of a really bad leak. If I do have to change unexpectedly I wrap the used diaper up and put it in the shopping bag. Even if there's no trash can where I had to change I can carry the used diaper around in the bag until I can find a trash can and nobody is the wiser.

Personally, I have a messenger bag that I bought when I was in college maybe fifteen years ago. I have an extra diaper and booster with a couple disposal bags. Fortunately, my commute is predictable enough that I've never needed to bust out the emergency. Forgetting to take medication in the morning is a different matter, though.

I always have my backpack with me wherever I go which i keep 4 or 5 diapers with booster pads for inside the diapers. I also have wipes powder and plastic bags to dispose of my used diapers. I also keep a smaller bag that is like a shoulder bag which has a smaller volume of supplies which I carry with me whenever igo for shorter trips like to the store ect. I always bring my supplies with me whenever I go out for when i need a change
