I know this may sound silly but I feel guilty about this.
My aide and I were getting out of an uber and walking up to my appointment building with my walker and as I got to the curb I flooded my diaper (it did hold up though so yay!) I told my aide that my leg hurt and I needed to stop for a second. Now my aide is obviously full aware of my incontinence issues but I am still embarrassed.

I hate being ashamed.

You needed to stop because you wanted to make sure you didn't impede teh diapers absorbency by moving?

You shouldn't have to worry about leaking in any position or while moving if the diaper you're wearing is worth wearing. The importan thing is to make sure there are no gaps at the legs. Since you have a female anatomy being a trans male, then you don't have to worry about penis position like those with members do.. that would be the biggest reason why having a flood while moving could cause a diaper leak. I know you wear northshore supreme. They actually have instructions that have you fold the diaper in half length wise and then tug the diaper on both ends to make a gutter shape and activate the leak guards. Do you do that or have your aide do that? If not, i recommend it.. it should stop any leaking you have with movement. You shouldnt have to stop moving because youre voiding in a diaper.

Peace out!

Rob

I think I am affected by the once bitten twice shy analogy. I had leaks twice before with other diapers and I'm always paranoid it's going to happen again. When I do the gutter thing with the northshore supremes they will more often than not leak (I just had one leak after trying it again earlier.) So I often skip that step. Its the first leak I've had in a couple of days.
