Im living proof of what happens when you don't stay vigilant with changing frequently and using barrier cream.. you get jock itch. Not just because of urine but sweat and rubbing

Yeast infections are uncomfortable and can be very painful, and if not treated can make you sick. the good thing is most can be treated with a generic anti-fungal creme. stay strong!
