I believe Crinklz has a non ABDL plain white version called Better Dry....hard to get in US though.

Exactly, same diaper, just a different outer cover. I use Better Dry every night, and they are almost as good Confidry 24/7. In fact, they are better than Confidry for me because they fit better.
I have been told that they are pretty expensive in the USA, but they are very reasonable in the UK - right around $1 each.

Yes that's right. Their all white version isn't available in the US though, so shipping is quite prohibitive.

Like someone else said though, if it's only for use as an overnight diaper then you'll be under the sheets and with the lights off. It's not like that print really matters unless you go outside with them. And heck, even I wouldn't go anywhere with one them on.

I see, well since moving from abena I haven't had any urine leaks, my wettings are pretty bad but it's nothing compared to how sever my bowel accidents have become. It is sort of because I'm eating a lot these days because I'm doing a lot of stuff and I seem to be burning through energy way too fast. Either way I don't know if something more absorbent than a confidry would be Overkill for wetting. Especially if there's a steep price difference. But I can see how it can be really useful overnight. Even I use a booster at night to prevent the confidry leaking. The abena just didn't work for night time for me, especially with the bowel accident I had during my sleep leaks were just something I had to get rid of

Mia,

If you need more absorbency, consider wearing the excellent Dry 24/7 with a booster. :D I am a heavy wetter and that is what I do. This way you keep the Dry 24/7 that you have said fits you well and fit is so important.

Just choose a size of booster pad that leaves some space on each side as a gutter between the booster and the internal standing leak guards. Be aware that some brands of booster pads expand so high that urine can overflow the leak guards on some diapers.

Re Better Dry, NappiesRUs stocks them as well as Amazon UK. A search should identify several online suppliers. However, I agree with Brian that at night under the sheets it really does not matter what pattern is on a diaper. If you can find Crinklz and not Better Dry, try a sample of the Crinklz. I will note that Better Dry/Crinklz, in size Medium, has an ISO rating of 4,000 ml, about the same as a Dry 24/7.

I have been using the Forsite AM/PM briefs as well. I find them to fit really well and to be crazy absorbent.Definitely work better for me than Dry 24/7

We use the Tranquility ATN. With a booster pad as well nights & mornings. If I'm having a bad day. I wear the next size up brief over that. In My case a Tranquility ATN size large booster & brief. With a extra large brief over that. Keep in Mind I'm either in bed or reclined in a wheelchair. I'm told these briefs are not really designed for active people. I have not really had many leaks with these. I'm on My back. But I have to be turned from side to side periodically. To prevent pressure sores. The times I did have a wet or messy leak was usually on My side. Which I do lay on a bed pad in case anyway.

Are you able to try a better diaper? ATN is know for leaving wetness against your skin, which is not going to help your bed sores. Also, having to always use booster AND doubling up is adding cost you're needlessly spending.

I'd highly recommend the confidry, or if you can't get those then Northshore Supreme. Even Abena or xplus would be better than what you've been using.

Thanks. To some extent We are limited to what our insurance covers. Also what our local medical home health supply carries. I tried to access their website to see what else. I have not had a actual pressure sore in a long long time. So I think its ok. My husband & aids are pretty diligent about skin care.
