for the first time in 39 years i was not with my family for christmas.
i ended up house sitting for a client from the 23-rd til today. incon wise it went fine. but man was it rough.
one of my friends came over and brought me chocolate and we watched the simpsons all night.
that was nice. i do get to go see my family on wednesday, but i had to get off all social media because it was just too tough seeing everyone all happy with their families.
i know this isnt incon related, but i consider you folks a part of my life and i needed to get that out.

Not incon related? It is you. And we're here to listen, support. and give whatever assistance we can. I hope you will be able to see your family soon.

agree with Patrick. Vent away. Glad to hear you are going to visit your parents soon.

My condolence and my sympathy for your Christmas. I shared your pain. My wife and 3 month old baby were forced to stay in Chicago due to illness and I missed my. Baby's first Christmas, and my wife...

It's never easy, but you should definitely use this forum to vent. We will always listen :

No, no, no. I've already been warned and told that you absolutely must keep who you are out of these forums. Sorry man, you have my sympathies, but if it isn't strictly incontinence related then you're about to get a strong talking too.

You may want to take down this post if you can, or an admin likely will just do it for you. At least that's been my experience around here.
