I have two of the Urocare support sleeve/socks, I would not use the leg bag without one any more, I hated the straps, these pretty well alleviates the need for them. Puffy

You are right, they also work very well, I have them as summer wear. I use the one leg Netti pants for winter but I have altered both to fit my needs.
