I hope everyone had a great weekend.
I had plans on cooking out and doing some yard work.
Instead I spent the weekend in the hospital. Friday I took my mom to her dr appt and I had a small cough, nothing like what I was in for.
By Saturday morning I was throwing up and had a real nasty cough and coughing up stuff that looked like it came from the depths of hell itself.
My nephew took me to the hospital and they did not like what they saw.

I had gotten a real good case of pneumonia !!!

Unfortunately my nephew also got a touch of it too.
We are both on strong antibiotics and slowly getting better. But it will take some time to get over it.
Im just glad that my nephew only got a touch of what I got, but wished he didnt get it at all.

I feel for you. I got it once while I was in Marine Corps bootcamp. I was put on some mega antibiotics and told to continue my training (though "officially" I was told to be on bed rest). That has got to be the second worst week I've ever had in my life.

Hole yours is better than that, and you get better fast.

Schoppy, I had pneumonia earlier this year so I truly sympathize with you. I hope you recover quickly, but don't try to rush it.

Schoppy, I'm sorry to hear that you have pneumonia. I'm relieved that you and your nephew are getting better.

Schoppy sorry to hear about your run-in with the pneumonia
Get better please!!! :) :)

I suggest trying some cayenne pepper w/ lemon (this stuff is a naturally very potent anti-biotic - and it really clears out them sinuses) and Tumeric.

After using some of these herbs, peppers and stuff, quite a many of my health issues including my boils seemed to have been alleviated drastically.

Im slowly getting better although my nephew and I are both still having a little trouble breathing.
Its been a week already and I have a dr appt on wednesday and see my primary dr on the 29th for a regular appt and a followup from this crap.

I just wish it would all go away

Add my best wishes for a speedy recovery for you and your nephew. Pneumonia? I'm glad I got the shots for it. After you recover, you might consider getting those shots yourself. Meanwhile, rest and recuperate.
