Heat waves and diapers don't play well together. Thankful that I don't work construction, believe me...

When it hits triple digits almost all across the country, I feel fortunate that I live where it's cool year round. Doubly so when faced with the prospect of wearing a diaper in that heat. I dread the time I will have to go inland during the heat wearing one.

Try and stay cool.

they say its a heat index of 104 here today. its too hot! thats what i get for living in a city built on a swamp. i need to move! hahah

fall is my favorite time of year and i cant wait for it to arrive. its always too short though!

Yeah, unusually hot for any area is a bummer. When you live with it normally you get completely used to it though. I often go in 100 degree weather without too much of a problem, but I also live in Florida.

Yes, I'm sweltering and having to change more often because the diapers filling up with sweat... Ugh, bring on the fall!!

its a heat index of 115 today! im heading home to be in the ac. its too damn hot to be outside. at least im not peeing as much

it was on for about 5 minutes then back off again.
im mostly worried about my cat.
i had to go run an errand and she has 2 full water bowls and the shades and windows are closed. its starting to cool off a bit so i think she will be fine until i get home. shes my #1 concern

thank whatever diety is out there, after 5 hours our electricity is back on.
it was the hottest day on record today and thankfully my apartment didnt get too hot. try ordering chinese food with a credit card in the dark though.
for once diapers were the least of my concerns. my cats saftey was #1
